If there is snow it is possible to use our roads in the woods for cross-country skiing. There are prepared tracks in Åsenhöga (15 km from the farm) and in Hestra (23 km from the farm).
When the lakes are frozen and there is not much snow, you can do terrific skating trips. There is also an indoor ice rink in Skillingaryd (20 km).
When the ice is still it is lovely to sit and jig for a perch or pike on the beautiful Stengårdshult Lake.
